Cisco will soon release their next-generation commercial router (CRS-3) for public consumption. The new technology is claimed to have a capacity of 322 Tbps. In human terms that’s enough to download every movie ever made in 4 minutes, to download the entire library of congress in 1 second, or allow every person in China to have a video conference simultaneously.
